By the Sea Rental Apartments started their operation in 2022, offering a really relaxing experience to whoever seeks to stay exactly where the name reveals… by the sea!!!

Our apartments accommodate from 2 to 8 persons, all of which offer A/C, free Wifi, well equipped kitchen, comfortable double beds and elegant decoration.

Situated in front of the beach of Paleros, you can enjoy your coffee, drink, food, or your book in the balcony by looking across the sea, especially during the colorful sunset!!!

All About Paleros

Paleros is a coastal town of Greece, located in the west side of Etoloakarnania, quite opposite of the islands of Lefkada, Skorpios and Meganissi.

Paleros is bordered by the Ionian sea and its climate is mild, since it combines the sea with the mountain. Up until 1928 it was called Zaverda, a name usually used by the residents.

LOCATION

It is reached through driving via either the bridge of Rio-Antirio for those coming from Athens or Southern Greece (distance from Athens is about 355 km), or the Egnatia Odos Motorway combined with the underwater tunnel of Preveza-Aktio for those coming from the Northern Greece (distance from Thessalonika around 385km).

It is also served during summer by Action Airport, from which the distance to the Paleros Village is 33 km.

It is an excellent destination for families, given that it has many sandy beaches, with no great depth, the majority of which offers umbrellas and sunbeds, while at the same time it is a great choice for younger people with many beach bars, music and cold cocktails.
